Damaged/Incorrect/Missing Items
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, please report the issue to our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue to facilitate a quick resolution.
Approved Resolutions
Upon verification of a valid claim, ZeroGravity Peptides may offer one of the following at our discretion: a one-time replacement of the item, store credit for future purchases, or an alternative resolution appropriate to the situation. We aim to resolve all validated issues quickly to minimize research disruption.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. In cases where a replacement is sent due to an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered the processing phase. Once a tracking number has been generated or the order has been packed, cancellations can no longer be accepted. Please contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation.
